What properties are affected by MEES?
Most privately rented commercial buildings require a compliant EPC before a lease can be granted or renewed.
Can I let a property with an F or G EPC?
In many cases no, unless a valid exemption has been registered.
What happens if my commercial property is below an E rating?
Properties below an E rating may require energy efficiency improvements or, in some circumstances, may qualify for a registered exemption.
